Terms and Conditions klwi – Platform User Guidelines

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "klwi" or "Platform" refers to the website and all services operated under the klwi brand, including the official mobile app.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at klwi.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user on the klwi platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account for wagering or withdrawal purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to credits or additional benefits granted by klwi to users through various promotional programs.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum number of times a bonus or deposit must be used for wagering before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process used to verify a user's identity.

To register and use klwi's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are 18 years of age and above on the date of registration.
2. You are registering in your own name and all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. You are registering only one account only. Registering multiple accounts for a single individual is strictly prohibited.
4. You are not prohibited from using online gambling services in the jurisdiction where you reside.
5. You are not registering on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

Klwi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC process. Documents commonly requested include a photo of your ID card, proof of address, and payment method details. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended or closed.

Regarding Deposits:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours for regular members, and faster for klwi VIP members.
• All withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method verified through the KYC process.
• Klwi reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any bonus or free funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the klwi platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of others.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to influence gameplay or transactions.
• Abusing bonuses through low-risk wagering techniques that go against the spirit of a promotion.
• Conducting any money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions through the platform.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use it.
• Spreading false or misleading information about klwi to the public.
• Carrying out any action that could compromise the security, stability, or reputation of the klwi platform.

Klwi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violating any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is suspicious activity or potential fraud detected on the account.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the klwi support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal.

• Any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG system operating fairly and randomly.

In any circumstance, klwi's maximum liability to a user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the klwi platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the user and klwi.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date it was first raised in writing, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration.
